Sub-processors
Providers evidenced in the current NextGenERP implementation. Production configuration remains authoritative.
MailerSend
Purpose: transactional email delivery for invitations, password recovery, security and service notifications when enabled. Data may include recipient name, email address and message content required for delivery.
Razorpay
Purpose: payment authorization, recurring subscription and refund processing when the Razorpay integration is enabled. Data may include business billing identity, transaction amount, tax context and provider identifiers. NextGenERP does not rely solely on Razorpay for subscription state.
Google Tag Manager
Purpose: deployed website tag management. The actual analytics or advertising destinations loaded through the container must be reviewed and reflected here before activation; the tag manager must not be treated as blanket consent.
Hosting, backups and monitoring
The final production hosting, off-server backup, error-monitoring and analytics providers have not been confirmed in the public policy source. They must be added only after the production owner verifies the actual contracted providers and processing locations.
