Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation, failed transactions and exceptional refunds are handled.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation normally disables renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid annual period. The application continues through that date and data then follows the export and retention lifecycle.
Trials
No charge applies during a no-payment-method trial. Cancelling before a paid annual renewal prevents the next annual collection.
Annual payments
Annual payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Exceptions may include duplicate or erroneous charges, applicable statutory rights or an approved exceptional case. Unused months are not automatically refunded.
Failed, duplicate and exceptional refunds
Failed or duplicate transactions are reconciled with the payment provider. Authorized Platform Admins may record full or partial refund requests with a reason and audit trail. Issued invoices are not deleted or silently edited; an appropriate credit note or tax adjustment is required when applicable.
