Can I pay monthly?+
Yes. Core subscriptions can be paid monthly in advance, with the option to switch to discounted annual billing.
What is a Full User?+
A Full User works in CRM, sales, billing, HR administration, accounts or business reports.
What is an Employee User?+
An Employee User uses self-service workflows such as attendance, leave, payslips and expense claims.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes. Annual Advance is paid once for the year and normally costs less than twelve independent monthly payments.
Can I activate Add-ons later?+
Yes. Optional workflow Add-ons can be activated after you choose an eligible core plan. Each has independent monthly and annual pricing.
What happens if I cancel an Add-on?+
Future renewal is disabled and access continues through its paid period. Data is handled according to the subscription and retention policy.
Is GST included?+
No. Applicable GST is added to monthly or annual charges and shown before payment.
Can I export to Tally?+
Tally-compatible export is available according to plan entitlement. NextGenERP does not claim live synchronisation.
